Snakeheads, If You Can’t Beat ’em, Eat ’em

If you can’t beat ’em, eat ’em. That was the slogan behind the snakehead cook-off event at Rockfish Restaurant in Annapolis. Nine chefs from Maryland and D.C. teamed up to prepare a six-course meal of snakehead dishes to help raise money for the Annapolis-based non-profit, Oyster Recovery Partnership.

Officials Debate Painting Statehouse Dome Yellow

The statehouse dome in Annapolis, which has been painted white for the last 180 years, is closed for a new paint job. Officials are now debating whether to keep the dome white, or re-paint it yellow.
