BOYDS.- Local inmates are putting new skills to work and helping a local library system at the same time. Inmates work a few days a week to repair damaged library books, and they develop their work skills at the same time to help when they go back into the community.

The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration and AT&T held an event featuring a distracted driving simulation for students.
